As much as we wish for the term “permanent” to be a true representation of the jewelry, we understand that this may not always be guaranteed due to normal wear and tear – and we hope you do as well. It is for this reason that we are proud to offer the most comprehensive and “lovely” warranty the permanent jewelry industry has to offer.

The following are the terms and conditions of our warranty that we are proud to offer to you.

Each piece is made-to-order at one of our studios, or an event, by a certified welder and all sales are final upon payment.

There are no exchanges or refunds once the sale is final.

For the life of your Loveweld piece we offer complimentary, clean and polishing service, re-welding service, and resizing. On the occasion that length is being added to your style, there will be an added length charge for the additional gold chain.

As stated above, all sales are final and we don't cover replacements of lost Loveweld items.

If your Loveweld item is lost, or needs replacement, within 60 days of purchase we offer 50% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.

If your Loveweld item is lost, or needs replacement, after 60 days of purchase, and within 6 months, we offer 25% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.
