We offer free 14-day returns on eligible items. The return window begins on the date the shipment is delivered or picked up.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligible for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

—Item must be a traditional clasped jewelry style
—Item must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged
—Item must be returned in original packaging (box, pouch, tags included)
—Sets must be returned in full (individual items from a set are not eligible for partial return)

Non-Returnable or Not Eligible for Exchange Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

—Forever-Bound permanent jewelry styles

—Custom or made-to-order pieces
—Gift cards

Permanent jewelry is covered under our Warranty rather than return eligibility.
