We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident wearing your Loveweld jewelry. Warranty coverage is based on the type of jewelry purchased.

Looking for extra protection? We offer affordable insurance through Jewelers Mutual to help safeguard your jewelry from the unexpected.

Forever-Bound (permanent) Styles

For permanent Loveweld styles, we offer ongoing complimentary services, including:

Cleaning and polishing
Re-welding
Resizing

If additional charms, chain, or a clasp is required during resizing, an added charge applies.

Traditional Jewelry Pieces

Our removable styles are crafted for longevity and daily wear. For two (2) years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace items with damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

Lost or stolen items
Normal wear and tear (including scratches, bent rings, or broken chains from use)
Natural fading, tarnishing, or wear of plating over time for demi-fine styles
Improper use, storage, or exposure to chemicals
Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

For protection against loss or theft, eligible pieces may qualify for insurance coverage.

Replacement Options for Lost Jewelry

Lost items are not covered under our warranty. We strongly recommend securing insurance coverage for added protection.
