Forever Bound Love Weld Styles

To ensure that you have a positive forever bound  jewelry experience, we offer a 60-day warranty:   

• Within the first 60 days if the welded product you purchased from us becomes un-welded, detached, or needs to be refitted, for any reason, and you have the product with you, you can schedule a repair appointment with us and have it welded back, or adjusted, for free. 
• This service is free and unlimited within 60 days of initial purchase.
• After 60 days of initial purchase a service fee of $20 will be applied per item welded or resized. 
• This fee is waived with the purchase of another Love Weld product at time of appointment.

Traditional Removable Love Weld Pieces

We take great care to create high quality, 14k solid gold styles that last. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the craftsmanship of the jewelry occurs.

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Love Weld.  Please contact hello@loveweld.com if you have any special needs for your Love Weld™ piece and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
