Please read below our warranty policies for different types of LW styles.

Forever-Bound Loveweld Styles

For the life of your Loveweld piece we offer complimentary, clean and polishing service, re-welding service, and resizing. On the occasion that length is being added to your style, there will be an added length charge for the additional gold chain.

Traditional Removable Loveweld Pieces

We take great care to create high quality, 14k solid gold styles that last. This means that for two years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the craftsmanship of the jewelry occurs.

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Loveweld. Please contact hello@loveweld.com if you have any special needs for your Loveweld piece and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
