The Loveweld Renewal, Buy-Back, Program allows returning customers to exchange an eligible, well-loved Loveweld piece for studio credit toward a new purchase. It’s designed to help you refresh your style while honoring the longevity of your jewelry.

Eligibility for Renewal

Buy-Back is available for:

—14k solid gold Loveweld chains and charms only
—Original Loveweld purchases with a verifiable order number

Buy-Back is not available for:
—Sterling Silver, Demi-fine or plated styles
—Non-Loveweld pieces
—Orders that do not have the original order receipt. Contact hello@loveweld.com for assistance if needed.

Eligibility Review

Our team in studio or online will confirm your piece meets Buy-Back requirements.

Receive Your Buy-Back Credit Code in Store

If approved, you’ll receive a studio credit code when you bring your Loveweld piece to your appointment. Please bring your order number or the email and name used at purchase when attending your appointment.

Please note that credit will be issued once the original 14k gold piece has been received. All buy-back approvals are at the discretion of the studio.

If you're already in-studio, our welder can refresh your style and apply your Buy-Back credit the same day.

If you're starting online, simply book your appointment and bring your Loveweld style and original order number or the email and name used at purchase.
