We believe that mutual care and respect from both the welder and client are key to this process, and we reserve the right to refuse services to clients that are disrespectful to the Loveweld team or other customers. We take pride in our professionalism, safety standards, and customer experience and we trust that you do as well.

Our Products – Style and Quality
We curate the latest styles and highest quality chains, clasps, charms, and products in the market. We only work with 14k solid gold, or higher, in various finishes. We quality check our material at every step of the process in order to ensure the final product you purchase is a product that we would be proud of for you to wear. If we find there are manufacturing issues with our products and materials we will take action to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Permanent Jewelry – Experience Assurance
As much as we wish for the term “permanent” to be a true representation of the jewelry, we understand that this may not always be guaranteed due to normal wear and tear – and we hope you do as well. It is for this reason that we are proud to offer the most comprehensive and “lovely” warranty the permanent jewelry industry has to offer.
The following are the terms and conditions of our warranty that we are proud to offer to you.
Terms of Purchase: At time of purchase
- Each piece is made-to-order at one of our studios, or an event, by a certified welder and all sales are final upon payment.
- There are no exchanges or refunds once the sale is final.
Permanent Jewelry Warranty: From date of purchase
- For the life of your Loveweld piece we offer complimentary, clean and polishing service, re-welding service, and resizing. On the occasion that length is being added to your style, there will be an added length charge for the additional gold chain.
Replacement options if your Loveweld piece is lost
- As stated above, all sales are final and we don't cover replacements of lost Loveweld items.
- If your Loveweld item is lost, or needs replacement, within 60 days of purchase we offer 50% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.
- If your Loveweld item is lost, or needs replacement, after 60 days of purchase, and within 6 months, we offer 25% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.
